Safe and Secure On-line Ordering System

Our on-line store's customer's payment information is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and guaranteed by Thawte® Digital Certificate.  Please be assured by the GOLD LOCK or KEY on your browser's taskbar that the secure status is activated and that your data is being transferred to Nutfield Candle Company, Inc. and to no-one else.

Payment

Credit Cards:  Credit card transactions will not be processed until your products have been shipped. 

Checks:  Once check has been received and verification of check clearance has been obtained, your order will be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the 48 continental United States.  We will do our best to ship within 7 business days from time of order or payment verification.    We will notify you of any potential delays in shipment.  Please contact us to discuss feasibility if you require earlier shipments.

Candles are a perishable item and require certain environmental conditions to maintain their form.  If you live in a warmer climate or place an order during the warmer months of the year, please be aware that neither the carrier nor Nutfield Candle will guarantee against melting or softening of the wax.   We will do our best to clearly mark the shipping box appropriately for a fragile product that should remain in an upright position.   

We utilize USPS Priority or UPS Ground delivery services and rates.    If your UPS package does not arrive in good condition, please contact UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877 to obtain a claim number. 

Cancellation and Return Policy

Non-Custom orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipment.  Custom orders may only be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing order.  Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with any purchased item for possible replacement or refund.  However, please understand that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders where all specifications were met in an accurate and timely manner.  Nor can we offer refunds or accept returns under conditions of melted wax as specified under the preceding section.
